By accessing and using the services of Arctic Seas Cold Storage ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"), you accept and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Arctic Seas Cold Storage provides cold storage, blast freezing, and logistics services for seafood exporters in Kuching, Malaysia. Our services include temperature-controlled storage, handling, and transportation of seafood products.
All cold storage services are subject to a separate service agreement that will be executed upon acceptance of our quote. The service agreement will contain specific terms including storage duration, temperature requirements, handling procedures, and pricing.
We commit to maintaining appropriate storage temperatures, providing secure facilities, and handling products with professional care. However, we do not guarantee the quality or condition of stored products beyond maintaining specified storage conditions.
Our liability is limited to the agreed storage fees paid by the customer. We maintain appropriate insurance coverage for our facilities but recommend customers maintain their own product insurance. We are not liable for losses due to power outages, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our control.
Payment terms will be specified in individual service agreements. Generally, payment is due within 30 days of invoice date. Late payments may incur additional charges as specified in the service agreement.
Either party may terminate the service agreement with appropriate notice as specified in the agreement. Upon termination, customers must arrange for immediate removal of their products from our facilities.
All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of Arctic Seas Cold Storage and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Sarawak, Malaysia.
